To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
b. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Custom or personalized items
Perishable goods
Gift cards
Digital or downloadable products
Items marked as final sale
c. How to Start a Return

We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your approval status.

2. Refunds
a. Processing
Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
b. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:

c. Non-Refundable Costs
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless we sent a defective or incorrect product.
